WPC 2010 Awards

The deadline for submitting your partner solution has been extended to April 9th, 2010.

Please visit http://www.digitalwpc.com/Awards for more details about how to submit your partner solution.

There’s a new Country Partner of the Year award that has been added this year.  Does that mean that a partner from each country will receive an award, or is it the partner who sings the best Country music song?  You’ll need to go to http://digitalwpc.com/Awards/Country to find out.  Yee-haw!

Last year, SharePoint partners showed up in big numbers to claim WPC awards.  Awards were given to the following SharePoint Partners at WPC 2009. (If I left your name off, please let me know.)

  • Accenture and Avanade
  • CA
  • Content and Code
  • Datatel
  • Data#3
  • Dimension Data
  • EMC
  • Epicor
  • Hitachi Consulting UK
  • KnowledgeLake

Submit your nomination and we’ll see you at WPC 2010 in Washington D.C., this July!

FREE and Public Question and Answer Session with SharePoint MVPs

If you are a SharePoint Developer, a SharePoint Administrator, or a SharePoint Fan of any type or sort, you should join the Worldwide Chat with SharePoint MVPs that is scheduled for MONDAY, MARCH 15th, at 9:00AM PDT (5:00PM GMT).

This is a chance for you to ask the hard SharePoint questions that you may have.  This is a chance to see and hear (via your chat window) the questions that other SharePoint users haven’t been able to figure out yet.  The experts that will be answering the questions include the following All-Stars of the MVP World.

This is an amazing collection of folks.  Never before have these folks shared the same chat experience.  I think that one of the Pauls will need to come up with a new handle.  We’ll see how they figure that out.  (‘Bald Paul’ and ‘Bearded Paul’, perhaps?)

These Purveyors of SharePoint Wisdom are the same folks that answer many of the questions on the MSDN SharePoint forums.  They also lead SharePoint user groups, write SharePoint books, speak at SharePoint conferences, edit SharePoint newsletters, code SharePoint demos and labs, build SharePoint applications, teach SharePoint classes, … all around the world.  I’m seeing a trend here.

Please bring your smartest sounding questions and join us on Monday.  The chat will cover everything around SharePoint, including, but not limited to, SharePoint 2007 AND SharePoint 2010.

When: March 15, 2010
Time: 9:00AM PDT   (5:00PM GMT)
Where: MSDN Chat Room
