  1. Users want to be productive, not knowledgeable.

    A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

    A User who knows "a little" can no longer provide solid answers to simple questions, they are trying to frame the answer in the context of an implementation they cannot comprehend.

    KFU, sounds a lot like K, F-U 😉
